I worked during the summer months on a Divco for Twin Pines in the 50's which was based in Detroit. I was a milk hop boy meaning I would run the milk up to the door while the boss did the driving, We crushed blocks of ice to keep the milk cold in the summer. Our largest competitor was Borden and they also used Divco.
